For many, what comes to mind
when thinking about the humans in the industry are women in pink feathered boas at a conference, makeup parties in a living room, or buying jewelry at a sip and shop.
That stereotype is changing – and I think we all know, that’s a GOOD thing because the more perspectives and different types of people that join us on our journey can only help us grow.
