Leadership has so many layers to it, if you really stop to think about it. There isn’t just one right way to lead because different styles and strategies impact different people…well, differently.
When I started my network marketing business with my current company, I had no idea just how amazing the opportunity I was being presented with was. I knew incredible things were about to happen, but, honestly, I never imagined that it would be THIS big!
After reaching the TOP of the company (the first time), I felt so inspired to help others to do the same. I didn’t want to only help those I’d linked arms with inside my company though. I felt so strongly about the Network Marketing Industry, I WANTED TO HELP EVERYONE!
This desire is what brought my brand and coaching business to life.
But, recently, there’s been a shift. Not in my desire to help others or in my belief in the industry — but in my understanding of LEADERSHIP. I’ll explain more on today’s podcast.
